The following troubleshooting tips may help resolve this issue:

  • Confirm that the verification link has not expired. The link in the verification email is valid for 24 hours after you submit the verification request. If you received the verification email more than 24 hours ago, resubmit your address for verification, and then click the verification link in the new email.
  • Ensure that you followed the correct verification link. If you copied and pasted the link from the verification email into a browser, make sure that you didn't change, add, or remove any characters. You must go to the exact address in the verification email.

If you are experiencing an issue that is not addressed by the tips above, please resubmit your address for verification. If the issue still persists, create a case in Support center to request additional assistance.
